The Manchester-based rapper, producer, and performer operates at the fringes of club music, channeling defiance, vulnerability and emotion on stage in an effort to achieve personal and collective catharsis. Following the release of their earliest 2018 mixtape Mook, their work has coalesced, culminating in 2020’s The Vanity Project – which featured productions by Space Afrika, Emily Glass, Jennifer Walton, Slikback/Nick Leon, and more – and last year’s self-produced album/cassette, Not A Dream But A Controlled Explosion.
