Date: Wednesday 25 AprilVenue: Ambient Assembly (Singsang)Time: 21.00
Börringe Kloster is constituted by local artists Ivar Lantz and Emanuel Sundin. They have been immersed in musical partnership for almost a decade, running the Fasaan label as well as releasing a number of records as Prins Emanuel & Golden Ivy. Börringe Kloster is a project that shines a little light on the corruptible feelings of today’s music. Building their core and harmonic ambiance around samples from percussive and sometimes poorly sounding audio sources, Börringe Kloster presents a number of polyrhythmic and trance inducing patterns, sprung out of pure intuition. Imad Al Tamimi is a Malmö based oud-player. Originating from Palestine, he’s the initiator of the Arabic Cultural Institute of Malmö, a platform for artistic exchange and studies of Arabic culture. During Intonal, the two parties will meet for a semi-improvised performance.
